Creating Portfolios

Creating a new portfolio is straightforward. Navigate to the Portfolios section, click 'Create Portfolio', give it a name and description, select the locations you want to include, and set access permissions for your team members.

Portfolio Views

Each portfolio comes with multiple viewing options. List View shows all properties in a sortable table, Map View visualizes their geographic distribution, and Analytics View tracks portfolio performance metrics.

Sharing Portfolios

Share portfolios with internal teams or external partners. You control exactly what information each user can see, ensuring sensitive data stays protected while enabling collaboration.
